Colours look odd in the 1st shot; a magenta cast seems to be hoing on? Others look ok, #3 is my pick. _________________ Casual attendance these days |

+1 I think colors only Kathmandu settings many shoots are similar from him.
#3 is especially good. _________________ -------------------------------

very nice lens.
Id love to see a comparison with a SMC Takumar/pentax or a Super Takumar 50 1.4
because i've heard opinions to go either way. if you have the 50 takumar could you do it? |

I am not big into comparing lenses for others-not one of my favorite things to do. Sorry. I am sure you will see more enthusiastic comparers of these 2 lenses. If it means anything to you-I like them both. _________________ kathmandu

I own both the ebc fujinon and the super takumar 1.4/50.
I like the Fujinon a little better in terms of render of the color tones, but it's so subtle that really comes to subjectiveness.
The takumar's bokeh is a little better, maybe: fujinon's may get a little busy in some conditions.
Anyway I like them both really much
I will post some comparison shots, when I find some time. _________________ C&C and editing of my pics are always welcome
