@ magnet-2009 - Someone says that the Contax Makro-Planar 2.8/100 is NOT optimized at 1:1 magnification -- well, I don't care -
this lens is definitely perfect at INFINITY even WIDE OPEN!
Incredibly sharp (some fringing may occur at f2.8 - the bright sun - white or metallic surfaces) and it has also very HIGH CONTRAST EVEN wide open!
The range of application is huge.. I LOVE IT SO MUCH ...
