thanks! asahi smc takumar-bellows 100mm f4 coupled with a kopil bellows and a sb600 flash with a rayflash circular ring. i forgot to sharpen the images to compensate for aa filter, i apologize.

Beautiful!!! And sharp!!

I haven't really gotten into insect macro yet, but do you take these handheld? Or do you set up a tripod and patiently wait for them to come into the frame??
