This mass of overpriced bits seems like a "Frankensteins monster". On one end its got a standard cheap 2X TX, the other end seems like a bellows macro lens.

But there is something odd in the middle.

What is a "Zoom Teleshot Adapter" ?

A variable TC ? A variable binoculars/monocular mount ?

A guess from left field.

90mm enlarging lens labeled as macro.

Simple, interchangeable extension tube.

Focusing helicoid, maybe with M39 front, T thread rear.

Cheap 2X converter.

Interesting. I like the Frankenstein description.
