Anyone know of any adapters for mounting Konica AR lenses onto other
cameras?

No adapter available on market due very short register distance 40mm.

You can mount successfully them on 4/3 cameras like Olympus,Panasonic.

As attila mentioned, there are no adapter available on the market.
But it is still possible to convert / use Konica lenses with EOS body.
The friendly lenses to be converted are 1.8/40mm, 1.4/50mm, 1.7/50mm.
(friendly equal reversible). The other lenses 2.8/24mm, 1.8/28mm, 3.5/35mm, 1.8/85mm, 2.5/135mm are not friendly to convert, it will be destroyed and you can only use it with the new mount.

I see it's not so simple.

Well, I guess I can still use Konica lenses with a reverse adapter on other
cameras for macro shots.

Well, yes, it is simple!!!!

If you remove the aperture follower lever, you can mount it DIRECTLY onto an Olympus or Panasonic 4/3 DSLR.
