I couldn't resist buying a package of two Nikkors (2/35 and Q 4/200) for 70 USD.
I finally had a chance to test them this weekend and I'm very happy with the 35 mm. The Nikkor Q is built solid as a battle tank, but maybe a bit soft on lower F-stops. It's a little difficult evaluating a 200mm shooting hand held so motion blur could play it' s part.

Some samples:

Nikkor 2/35 (view over Linköping)

100%Crop

Nikkor Q 4/200 (f-4)

Nikkor Q 4/200 f-11

Thanks! She is a nice dog as well.

She is running on very slippery ice with just a thin layer of snow. I have noticed on many shots that she is really spreading her paws to get the claws to grip. It doesn't take long for them to learn running and stopping without slipping.

Thanks!

Unfortunately this means that I have satisfied my logical needs for different Nikkor focal lengths. I could perhaps squeeze in a 55 Micro and maybe a longer telephoto if the opportunity arises.
