2. Three Exacta rear cup
3. Five adapters M42/PK without flange.
4. Four adapters M42/PK with flange
5. Five adapters M39/M42

I can get you items 3, 4, 5.
Not sure about item 2, is a generic cap ok? i have an exakta lens here and can try which ones will fit.
