A cold day in the village. Taken Yesterday.
I was a lovely day despite being a bit chilly.
Both shots with the Tamron SP 28-80mm

A few more shots on my Blog and they are also bigger 1200pixels

Nice shots...I like the manner in which the lens renders colors. Just wish my copy had a little looser zooming ring. I can't complain though. The eBay seller returned my money order so it cost me nothing

Great colors and atmosphere. Especially on the 1st shot.

The quality of light was really nice.
I saw that CaptainPenguin had a similar result with his Pentacon 50mm shots http://forum.mflenses.com/a-cold-morning-with-a-50mm-t13665.html
The cold dry air and low light cloud cover we have been experiencing is excellent. I am a great believer in the quality of light and atmosphere having just as much effect on colour tonal values than any particular lens.
