Olympus Bellows Maintenance

Does anyone know if there's a good way to keep the Olympus OM bellows in good working order in the long run? I am unsure whether the bellows itself needs to be treated or anything to ensure that it stays supple over the years. Given that I live in a humid tropical environment, I'm a bit torn between deciding to leave the bellows in a cupboard, or a dry cabinet. Also, the rollers are held in place by nylon blocks. How best to preserve nylon? Thanks in advance!
