We have some snow here in northern Finland, but otherways it's pretty similar...so depressing, dark when you go to work and dark when you get back home.
But hey, think of variable weather as a positive thing that you have, if you want to make different kind of pictures.

As a photo opportunity I think fog can be quite interesting.
