I certainly still use this lens - it remains one of the best 50's out there IMHO

Superb shoot! This lens was daily bred for photo journalists, I love mine I always keep one copy.

I like a lot the photo (even if the WB is a bit off to the cool side) and of course the Nikkors still shines (but it's all in the photographer's eye after all).

I wonder if the 20 sec exposure caused more photons to leisurely make their way through the lens... Razz

It's definately a "classic" for a reason. I've got 3 different versions of this lens. All of them are great. One of these days I'll get a full frame D700 and really be able to put them to proper use.
