After next torture I have undergone with HP 4850
(scanning in three steps) and visible signs like moire and blur edges ---
I am about to get better scanner...

Film used: Velvia 100F (with magenta cast Smile
and Hassy 500c with Sonnar 4/150 silver version (no T coating) no filter...

Sonnar 4/150 seems to be sharp lens

Love the first shot but you have Newton Rings in the scanned image.

Did you scan the slide directly on the glass of the flatbed scanner?

This combo seems to suit you well TF
The first shot really makes an insignificant subject into a very interesting photograph. Kudos!
I agree it is time for a scanner Wink

http://www.betterscanning.com/ sells custom adapters for most of the scanners (unluckily I don't see the 4850 listed, but the 4870 is, don't know if it's compatible).

Now that I'm shooting film more and more I was also thinking to get some of these products. Especially the ones for wet scanning that gives the film an almost perfect planariety.

Wow , very good photos and the sanning .. awesome, for a HP scanner (I thought that only Epson and eventually Canon makes good for film flatbet scanners).
Congratulations.
