Anyone has or knows a site that has MTF, DQE or CNR charts common dSLR sensors?

There is no such thing. Not that means anything anyway.
It all depends on so many factors.
If you look at a site like Luminious landscape you can read up on how digital sensors work. At that site you can also read many articles relating to film vs film, sharpness, resolving power etc.

The nearest you will get to ‘Charts’ is

But be very aware of the limitations and real life/working limitations of such measurements.
