I am doing a weird lens adaptation (putting a Graflex/Wollensak Optar 400/5.5 on a focusing mount) and I have hit a problem.

I need about a 35mm tube with a 63.5mm female thread (Series VIII thread exactly) on one end, and maybe M67 (67x.75) male on the other.

Or some combination of parts that gets that result.

Any ideas ?
