I bought it, and tried it.

The result is
1) it cannot achieve infinity focus
2) you have to unmount the whole adapter and lens combo
in order to use other lenses
3) make is alright

The base metal thickness is 0.1 to 0.15mm too thick to get
an infinity focus, so ebay description is false. In order to avoid
dismounting the adapter to mount another lens, you have to
make a dent to EF-mount metal which is doable.

But even it can achieve infinity focus, you have to shave 5D's mirror
(no need for APS-C size sensor camera) or remove rear protecter
from the lens (yes, Prakticar).

I am going to shave mirror of my 5d, also thin the base metal
of this PB->EF mount adapter.
