Is this the same as 24 mm Ennalyt? How about the macro?

This is identical with that later (i.e. pastic style) Ennalyt lens.

I have a few here (also 135mm etc.) - want one?

[Case from Holland]

I own the Revuenon and can report that it is not a real macro lens.
Focussing goes as far as 18cm from the font lens, 1:2 estimated.
Useful for close-ups.
Optical it's an old design. one of the first 24mm 's produced in Germany.
Optical quality is pretty good. a bit low in contrast, but sharp.

I paid 7.50€ for mine, and would not pay more than 25€

This lens has been on auction more than once. The seller must be
very optimistic, if he thinks he can get over 100 euros.

I´m satisfied with my Micro-Nikkors.

You will have a very hard time doing better than those nikkors.
