Do you prefer or at least level this lens with the Contax MP 2.8/60?
I have never used it. Does it go 1:1?

I am watching Leica lenses, so many 60mm macro comes to Ebay. Is anybody know whay ?

This Leica is the newer version --- looks very nice!!!

Go for it...

CZ Makro-Planar 2.8/60 is propably the sharpest CZ lens ever made (by one expert on CZ lenses)

My Leica macro-elmarit 2.8/60 is older version - it is not too contrasty but colours are UNBELIEVABLE ---

one great feature for EOS users --- FOCUS TO INFINITY!

so you can use it from macro --- to tele -- which IS PERFECT... very fast lens!!!

Makro-Planar 2.8/60 = life size macro ---- 1:1 !!!!

leica macro-elmarit 2.8/60 = macro 1:1.5 which also perfect!!!

there is also ext tube for elmarit, so you can get 1:1 very easy...
