Really nice pictures. Especially #3 and #4.
The light is fantastic. Is it just after sunrise?

Holy cow, these are GREAT, and go along beautifully with your first series. The clarity is stupendous from BOTH lenses. I could look at these all day.

Nice pictures Smile

Seems like a subject that's fun to photograph, with all the action and nice colours.

Thank you all for the kind words. The meet lasted three days, but I did not do today because it was very overcast here. They launch at dawn (6:30 am here) and I had a 45 min drive to get there, so early rising for a couple of days. Took about 600 shots with six different lenses, including two zooms and a couple of AF lenses (nikkors). The colours of the balloons were divine and they changed as the sun came up. There are a couple more on my smugmug account (follow the pic links). Thank you again for comments land looking
