We are starting to see the signs of autumn here now.
Five deg. C feels much colder in the autumn than in the spring.
Some shots from a walk with the dog one and a half hour ago.
I used the Nikkor 1.8/85. A lens which I feel sometimes can make an object look better on photo than in reality.

Apparently some local "chain saw artist" did work on this tree stump. Think he need more training.

Regardless of the image you could say that this one is sharp. A bit noisy due to the low light though.

Nice colours in no1!

No2 looks a bit funny hihi Smile

What is no4, is it a woodpecker who's been at it? But they usually dont make that much damage...

Could be a woodpecker on #4. It is obviously a dead three so Imagine it could be interesting for a woodpecker from a "bug finding" point of view.

Thanks!

The leafs were colourful in real life too, but the lens also seems to enhance them a bit. I haven't done anything in PS to improve it.

It's a pretty solid piece of glass and metal as well. Totally different feeling to use compared with modern plastic lenses.

That is a great nikkor. I only wish I could afford the 1.4! Nice samples
