A couple of these are the best shots I have seen posted here. I agree with ‘lahnet’s’ choice of the best. It would easily be good enough as an advertising image for that circus.
A good friend has that 80-200 Canon lens and I know it is great.

My only criticism would be that when you have some great images then edit out the weaker or repetitive ones which lower the standard. It would have also been nice to see some audience/backstage shots to add meat to the Circus theme.
(Maybe you have some?)

I took a few general shots of a circus a couple of weeks ago. Not up to the standard of your shots I’m afraid, I only did a 5 minute stroll round the outside and I dislike/avoid taking photos were there are lots of kids about.

Excellent Tanheis

You captured some really great moments.
My favorite is the first although it is not the best lighting situation compared to the others.
You nailed the moment. I actually laughed out loud at this scene.
The expressions of the 2 characters are perfectly captured. You even have the clown in white looking at the camera.
