Seems I have a chance to trade a medium format camera.

I plan to use for landscape shooting only mostly at travel, I have many Pentacon six 66 lens what I can use on Pentax 645 but not able to use on 6x7 , this camera will come with a 45mm lens.

What is your suggestion ?

Which 645 or 6x7 is it? They are quite different depending on version. If the 6x7 has MLU for example, it behaves quite different. I myself would want both Wink. I would probably go for the 6x7 first and then the 645, since the 645 can use 6x7 lenses.

On the other hand, the 6x7 is a beast to carry around on travels.

The 645, what model is it? If your going for manual lenses only, I would go with an older one, less plastic parts and electronics in it. Wink.
