Has someone done contact color prints?

I have a RA-4 kit and 10x15 Fuji color papers + 2 by 2 filters, which I was originally planning to develop in open pools. But the construction of infrastructure to do it has delayed and frankly I got bored to the project.

But if I cut the paper in half and use 120 negatives I should get like small vintage color prints and develop them in 120 film tank?

Do you think that would work?

I've had very little experience or success with color papers. I really didn't want to get into the temperature control stuff that badly.
Hopefully some-one more experienced will come along and comment. Most of my printing has been open pan- it seems to minimize the paper handling to just tongs along the edges. I don't see why a 120 film tank wouldn't work, as a lot of color paper development occurs in drums commercially.

I have been developing a fair amount of color negatives in the late 1980s, using the Tetenal chemicals. That was never a problem since they were made for developent at room temperatures (best a 24°C as far as I remember).

Enlarging these negatives was much more difficult - especially finding the correct filter values to start with, and adapting them to each negative.

The Tetenal chemistry for the corresponding paper was made for room temperature (or 24°C) as well; therefore temperature control was pretty easy, especially in summertime.

Nevertheless I gave up pretty soon; making reasonably good prints from slides (diapositives) was much easier and more fun ...
