As with most "under-rated" kit lenses, the Samsung 18-55mm is a stellar performer.
Mine came on an NX 5 which I bought at the local general auction house 'cos I was looking for a "digital platform" for my Russian r/f lenses.
I've since "expanded" my horizons to an NX 11, with it's superior manual focus confirmation, so the NX 5 is back to what it's best at, a/f photography … a beautifully compact system for those times my Pentax DSLRs are simply too bulky Wink
