Porst Tele Lens ID?

Can someone tell me what this lens is?
It's a Porst.
Around the inside of the lens it says....

PORST TELE 1:3.5/200mm X-M No.820473 GMC 580 E

And also all that above wouldn't by any chance tell me what kind of mount it is would it?

The X in the name implies that it's Fujica-X mount, but post a picture to be sure.

Here are some pics. Sorry about the quality. All I have is an ol iPhone to take pics with right now.

If somebody can ID this exactly can anyone let me know if it can be used with a modern digital camera? How much is it worth?
Again. Sorry. but I am just starting to get into the photography hobby.

yes, it's fujinon-x mount. there are adapters for it to be used on mirrorless cameras

I take it Fujica is Fuji? I always did like Fuji cameras.

Are there any digital cameras this would fit directly on?
Where do I get an adapter for it?
I suppose it will only fit on professional type cameras right? No medium range cameras?
