oh Tobias, of course it actually is 'Seiterl', 'Seidl' may pass as a transcription of the sloppy viennese dialect. I guess that the lines in the background add to the 3D

I would even say each pub has it's own pronounciation
seidl, seital, seitl, seiderl, seiterl, seidal, etc
