There are 1/2 stops on this lens, and there is a stop between 3.5 and 5.6.  Sharpness wise it looked identical to f5.6.
Looks like a very usable lens with if minor PP was applied.
I think with a Sony Nex the results would be alot better, or if I could see better. 
A light defuser or a light box would of made this test alot better. My biggest mistake in my opinion was using an older Quarter. The new Quarters have alot more detail on them.
