Does anybody know how I can get the big block of glass out of this lens?

I am unable to find a tutorial.

Search for disassembly guide for Pentacon 135/2.8 "zebra" version, that's the same lens.
"Preset" version look quite similar mechanically too.

I had already done the search for 'Pentacon 135mm f/2.8' as well but I came up with nothing helpfull.
But when I do a search with your wordings I get the following guide, which tells me all I need to know:

I had seen this super-good guide before (a few years back) but I was unable to re-find it without your help.
