Russian 50mm f1.2 lens for crop bodies. Sharpness is pretty good and excelent stopped down, CA is well corrected.
Quality control is issue. I have to replace my copy and even the new one cannot reach infinity. Fixed is manually, adjusted focus ring position.
Sample shots:

There is a lot of hate for this Zenitar which in my opinion better be saved for it's FF 50/0.95 big brother.
Looking at this as 75mm F1.8 FF equivalent, it does look like a good glass for a good price.

The weight is nothing short of insane though.
The first Kamlan 50/1.1 was tiny, but v2 is now not far behind the Zenitar

These are not the droids we were looking for with APS-C.

There is quick review, doesn't looks so good. And have same mechanical issues as 50/1.2 brother)
I think, you cant complain much about 150-200$ 50/1.2 lens. Built from metal, big and heavy, but provides nice IQ.

Took it to russian railroad museum, f1.2 comes handy in low-light conditions under dim light.

Thanks for the info. I was curious about it too.
For the cons above, linebrell can deliver nice results with it, yeah, we got the point.
