Does anyone know what tool I need to use to unscrew this last lens ring?

I am stumped and have been poring over repair posts and surmise but not sure that I made need a spanner wrench to do this last piece.

Can anyone confirm or specify the correct tool needed at this moment to clean some outer rim lens fungus?

It looks like the spanner would engage the outside ring. The inside if it can be removed may have to be loosened with a large rubber plug.

Thank you so much! I am waiting on the spanner to arrive in the mail from China. Next week it should arrive and this puppy unscrewed.
