Hello everyone.
Only recently I got into manual lenses. Since lots of information I found on this forum I would like to briefly describe the case of this X-Kominar.W 28mm f/2.8. Hopefully this will help someone.
So the problem was that focus ring was uncoupled from focus helix and aperture was stiff when stopping down and was making ugly clicking sounds. The solution was very simple. The outer part of focusing system slipped from helix and pushed down inner part of lens body. In this way it was interfering with the levers that control the iris. After I cleaned and greased the focus helix I managed to push it back in original position and lens was fully functional again. It was not necessary to open the back side. The cause was probably dried grease on focus system.
Anyway not a big deal but can prevent someone from opening the lens more than necessary.
