Paid and wait seller promise he sent and I never get.. Currently happened again Crying or Very sad I would get a Tamron SP 300mm f5.6 (mirror lens) still not get it after one month! I am quiet disappointed I wanted really this rare lens.

The UK Post Office has seemingly more than its fair share of casual thieves, so it might not be the sellers all the time.
Used to be the Post Office Investigation Branch jumped on theft from a very great height, but these days any thief can get a job in the PO, especially round about Christmas time.

It would be nice to think they would ban him from ebay in the future - but ebay was never able to give up any chance at income.

I think these cases are seller faults I am over on hundred transaction from UK. I never lost packages on fair price or on cheap items, if I remember as well I lost only on low prices. I think these guys didn't send me merchandise. A couple of cases when price was low really I offered them to keep it and re-list when I won.I couldn't ask this guy because I bought on BIN price.Oh important he is not answer on mails I sent to him at least 5 under a week.

It's best actually if he does not answer the dispute. Because, after the dispute is over, you can give him a negative and if he never replied to the dispute, should he give you a revenge negative, Ebay SHOULD (care is needed here, as you can never be sure) remove it from your record.

I don't trust in Ebay at all I don't think so they will remove revenge feedback.

I think it's in the rules, if no reply is received during the dispute, the negative feedback from the faulty part will be cancelled (of course you have to ask for it being cancelled, they will not do it on their own)

To make negative feedbacks quiet risky business to me I let him run.

Hi Attila,
I tough you have 2 account, one for buy and one for sell
In this case you don't care about negative feedback on your buyer account as it doesn't play on your seller status.

I know this two account tricks, I lazy to do that Sad because 90% of cases I have no problem with people. Now for me not really the problem how can I get money back or left or not negative feedback , what I really miss that is the lens itself. I hope I able to buy in spring time again.

That's a good idea. But sometimes I have seen sellers who write that they won't sell to people with pos. feedback below 95%...

The best solution would be if Ebay really removed revenge feedbacks. But I also doubt that they always do that even if it's in the rules...

Thats my experience also. i bought an SD card, it was a fake, and I decided that my ebay reputation was worth more than the cost of the card. I should have known, the postage cost was higher than the card cost, always a bad sign. So I didn't give them any feedback, was not willing to leave positive and negative just gets you a revenge one.

Sellers with tens of thousands of feedbacks do not see any effect on their 99.8% positive if they get ten negatives. Buyers with 10 or 25 feedbacks see a huge effect from one. Its a sellers market.

On the other hand, comparison shopping is much easier on ebay rather than in a store.

Pretty sad but true , Ebay feedback system not works well enough.
