Fujita? It's branded Soligor. I think this was either the first or second Japanese retrofocus lens design to come out.

I had a couple of these, and I have an article on it somewhere.

Yes indeed it is an extremely early retrofocus wide angle lens, and it is apparently simply a scaled down version of the well known 52mm Fujita retrofocus lens for the Fujita 66 medium format camera, from 1957.

I have been assuming these dated to 1957-58. There are no variants that I know of, and it may predate the more developed Fujita 35/2.5 which seems to have sold in significant numbers.
