There is never stop, just extended periods of holiday between purchase Razz

I'm excited for my Vega 7, 20mm f2 (C-Mount) which I hope will become my short telephoto for walking around the city play with compression do anything lens on my Pentax Q Smile

I've been using a Pentax Auto 110, 20-40mm f2.8, and it's pretty crappy. Actually it's terrible. I even made a small aperture for it with a sticker on the back, it helped, but it was still pretty crap. I've ended up taking one apart and using it like a faux macro, kinda works.

Anyway! assuming this Vega is going to be as nice as I've read, looking forward to the rest of the Kiev 16U Lens ending up my way (#doh)

I sold a lens, so I could buy again 😆🤗
Rolleinar 105mm f/2.8 portrait lens. I think it's essentially the same as the Mamiya SX, but with multicoating.

I’ve got another Schneider Componon f/4 incoming, this time a 50mm. I still don’t have the 150mm permanently adapted yet. Hopefully they can share the adapter.

Well, they will be sharing nothing for the now obvious reasons Laughing Laughing Laughing

It's so tiny... I love it! Looks in great shape and has just a bit of paint off the threads. The threads are very smooth, so it is not a functional defect.

Any idea what mount this might be? It has to be one of these, at least I think.

(I'll take a couple of those $2 adapter rings listed at the bottom of the image)

So, I measure the outside diameter of the threads and they are 24.85mm (25mm threads)/.982 inches (1 inch threads). It could be either. I can't get to my thread gauges, because our kitchen is torn apart and a lot of the stuff is in the shop (doh!).

Someone was so kind to describe all the mounts to me but I just can't find it searching Sad

It was Xmas in September at my house yesterday. I had a Super-Takumar 200mm f4 from Sweden show up along with a Jupiter 37A MC and Jupiter 9 from Ukraine all in the same day! Smile

That is the second time in the last month I have heard a mention of “Christmas in September”. Not in a good way either. Rather, I think it was “We had better order Christmas presents by September” if there is to be anything under the tree this year.

That's a good point, and a great reminder. Time to spend more money!

Tamron 24-48mm, one of the few lenses that is left on my list for MF lenses.

25mm 0,5mm thread. What I measured as well, diameter and thread, on a Componon 80mm and a Boyer Paris Saphir 2.8 20mm. Quite common size for older enlarger lenses. German and Japanese thread mounts are usually metric.

8" X 10" is not really a local proposition around here.

By my calculations, about $4.25 Canadian dollar per sheet out of a 25 sheet 4" X 5" box in the one place I saw it in stock.
I believe it was the newer variant of FP-4...
