A new Tammy SP adaptall-2 90/2.5 52B to replace the old one that doesn't focus to infinity unless it feels like it. A bit of a gamble. Cheaply bought from Japan, but it operates fine and the glass looks clear.

According to Olypedia, these two are Mamiya lenses - clones of the Mamiya SX 3.5/200mm and the SX 2.8/85mm (https://olypedia.de/index.php?title=Rolleinar_(3)_-_Teleobjektive). At least the SX 3.5/200mm is quite sharp, it has a bit of purple fringing, though. Lateral CAs are surprisingly small. I dont't know the 2.8/85mm; so I would be interested in your experiences with that lens.

The Hexanon 1.4/50 is a very nice normal lens - i feels rugged and robust, and it performs equally well as many other well known 1.4/50mm lenses e g. from Canon, Minolta and Nikon.
Nice trio of lenses!

Interesting lens. It's lens section is quite unusual for a 28mm lens, and distinctively modern for its time. It't perfomance, not surprisingly, is between the 1960s 28mm lenses and the later more integrated designs from the 1975-1980 time frame. Quite sharp corners, but lots of lateral CAs!

It was the Rolleinar V.1 for Rollei SRL too.
Some years ago I have read n the forum a review of the lens. If don't remember badly, It produces good colors and contrast.
A deep shade seems to be a good idea
Well for ypu |

Thank you, very much.
About rolleinar 200 mm you are right, it's the Mamiya SX lens rebranded (and the Auto Mamiya/sekor v.3 too).
The mamiya 85 mm seems to have a similar rendition of the sonnar 85/2,8 with 4 elements (the oldest one), perhaps with less contrast but no much because it only has 4 elements MC, so the lost in contrast does not seem excesive.
And the Hexanon......I used this brand a lot in the film days. 21/4, 24/2,8 v.1, 28/3,5 V.1 and 2, 35/2,8 v.1, 40/1,8, 50/1,7 V. 1 and 2, 57/1,4, 85/1,8, 100/2,8, 135/2,5, 135/3,2, 135/3,5. But never found a 50/1,4 in good shape and price
Now, it's mine. |

It is a color dynarex 85/2,8. It arrives with a stiff focus ring which is different from the description in the listing. If I am going to keep the lens, I will post photos when I take it out. _________________ https://lensfever.com/

I've just added a collection of six shuttered lenses (in a job lot) one or two need a bit of attention but the overall condition turned out better than I was expecting.
A couple of swaps which might help sort a good example from minor niggles.
2x Novar anastigmat 75/4.5
2x Agfa Apotar 85/4.5
Agfa Apotar Anastigmat 105/4.5
and one Agfa without a focal length/model marked!
I think all are simple triplets. |
