Olympus D.Zuiko 3.5/28 (removed from Pen EE-3)

Was listed merely as "large russian telephoto". Just about LNIB.

Should not follow this forum... bought 2 lenses I don't need:
Minolta MD rokkor 50-135 mm 3.5
Minolta MD 24mm 2.8 (8/Cool (I already have the most recent 9/7...)

I blame people from Zurich... but will be able to compare the 2 24mm

Last week was a good one for the old-glass-departement.

- Sigma 2.8/24mm 'SuperZ' (attached to it was a FD-EOS glass adapter that was'nt quite as horrible as it should be)
- Sigma Super-Tele 5.6/400mm (not the best user but fits fine in my collection of old Sigma's)
- Zuiko 2.8/24mm OM (will be a nice user on my A7)
- Rokkor 2.8/35mm (also will be a nice user)
- Tokina AT-X 340 4/100-300mm with MD-mount

Got a rare one recently.

An m42 Kyoei Acall 135mm f/3.5 preset lens.

Based on some limited use I suspect the lens's sharpness may exceed the capabilities of my camera's APS-C sensor. (It's been fairly gloomy here since I received it. I'm waiting for some better weather.)

Canon SD 28mm 2.8 for Canon Demi C.

Some tinkering needed to get it on my Nex.

I think it's the same as mine, not sure though... but that is a sharp piece! I've not yet tested it on the A7 but here's some on a Sony A3000:

This one.
It was advertised as f3.5 so attracted little interest.

I love Kyoei objectives Smile
Unfortunately they are not so common in M42 mount, mostly LTM.
I also a have Soligor 3.5/35mm made by Kyoei (serial starting with KA), which is known for letting through plenty of UV light. It is said to be better in this regard than the famous Novoflexar Macro 3.5/35mm. Our moderator should know all too well about this stuff...

Just bought the first LTM Kyoei. It was so nice, with its dedicated finder, caps, cloth...
So i bid very low, but to my surprise i won the auction!
It looks incredibly nice for the price. I hope it will prove it's worth.
Given the way it's made it could be easily converted to PK mount (I usually shoot Pentax full frame), but it's too nice looking to butcher it, so I think it will go on M4/3. Too long a focal, though. I'll see.
Here is the little beast:

Kyoei Super Acall f/3.5 135mm M39

I've also found one more Steinheil triplet (Cassaron 3.5/40mm in M42 mount), and a second example of Meyer Primotar 3.5/135mm (black M42 version with 13 diaphragm blades).
The latter was acquired as a kind of crazy bet. I hope the diaphragm blades would be compatible with a very nice M42 alu Trioplan 2.8/100mm that came with ALL the thirteen blades either broken or severely mangled.

I've also found another cheap (21 euros) catch. An Edixa-Mat D-L with a late Isco Westromat 1.9/50mm.
AFAIK it's the same as the Schneider Xenon...
I was actually looking for a Westron 2/50mm, which should be an Ultron-type, but I still haven't found one at a decent price.

Steinheil Cassaron f/3.5 40mm M42

Meyer Primotar f/3.5 135mm M42

ISCO Westromat f/1.9 50mm M42

cheers

Paolo

Thank you Klaus.
Yes, very happy to have found that one.

Paolo, I have the Isco 1.9/50 as the Westrocolor in Exakta mount.
I think it is the same lens - a very nice lens indeed.
Tom
