Tamron did manufacture a Canon EF mount for the Adaptall II range allbeit without electrical contacts. They appear on eBay occasionally for highly inflated prices. Third party manufacturers supplied them too, I have a couple which look identical to me to the original Tamron.

It looks to me as though you have a M42 to Pentax K adapter attached to a Pentax ES Adaptall mount.
ES is M42 with added hardware for open aperture metering. The M42 to K should unscrew - unless it's been glued on.

It doesn't show well in my photo, but there's an M-42 type aperture signal pin on mine.

It's not the sharpest long lens out, although it may be one of the best looking. I have tried two very similar lenses in the past from Piesker with an Exakta mount, these would hard vignette due to the restrictive mount dimensions. Fortunately the M42 version doesn't do this.
