Don't have too many lenses, but I think they are in a nice range, and the camera pack remains comparatively light, even with the Pentax 645 in the bag.
Also, you can see that I can interchange the lenses between my digital cams and the film cams. I will be soon acquiring an M42 adapter so I can use the medium format lenses on the 35mm systems.

But after the experience of last Sunday, where the big crowd forced me to positions that were not ideal for shooting, I will also take with me:
- Distagon 2/28 for those situations where I am too close to the action. The short focusing distance will allow me to get in focus also subjects that are at less than 1 mt distance from me (like it happened with the majorettes last Sunday - I had to skip a lot of photos because they were almost in physical contact with me - that's too close for the 1.4/35)
- Planar 1.4/50 same reason, but for the 50D - when subjects are too close, even a 85mm tele is too much - so a standard lens will do better for portraits.
My normal bag set is one camera and two lenses. But for events like the Carnevale I normally take two cameras and 3-4 lenses - of course sometimes there are exceptions, but, they are always for a reason - I'd never take 10 lenses with me just for fun, because, having to carry 10 lenses would take all the fun away!

Hartblei Super-Rotator 35mm f2.8: if there's any chance I can shoot interesting tilt, then this babe is in my Crumpler.
But again, everything depends on what my goal for the day is going to be, I guess. So if the question is really about "What is your "just-in-case" lens?" Then, again, it would have to be the Sigma 18-50.

At least three primes; 35mm, 50mm and 135mm
For city trips I usually put a 35mm prime or a Tokina 20-35 on one body, and a 135mm prime on the other one. The 50mm (Canon 50/1.8 ) is mostly used for indoor portraits. The Super Takumar 35/3.5 is a great walkaround lens on a 20D, but sometimes a bit too long for city pictures. |

... Culminar over the Nikkor 1.8/85 and the Volna-3 2.8/80, because the Culminar is ever so compact!
... Leica Elmar 4/180 over the Jupiter 4/200 and the Soligor 70-220 and the Tamron 60-300, because the Elmar is the best of these lenses and the smallest one!
... Leica Summicron 50 over the Nikkor 1.4/50 & 1.2/55, the Zuiko 1.4/50 and the Canon EF 1.8/50, because the Summicron is the best qualitywise and I don't think I need a faster than f2 lens there.
... Nikkor 2.0/35 over the Leica Elmarit-R 2.8/35 and the Vivitar 2.0/28, because the Nikkor is the best of both worlds: as fast as the Vivitar and as good as the Leica.
... Yashica Electro 35 GS over my other rangefinder cams, because it has the best (and fastest) lens and it very reliable.
... Minox 35 GL over the Leica C2, because the Minox has a faster lens and is so incredibly small!
... Sigma 18-125 over the Sigma 17-70 and the Canon EF.S 17-85, because the 18-125 has the longest reach plus it offers the OS that the 17-70 lacks.
... Tokina 4/12-24 because I do not have an alternative - and don't need one.
... Sigma 1.8/24 over the Nikkor-N.C 2.8/24, because the Sigma is a lot faster.
... Zenitar 2.8/16 Fisheye over the Vivitar 3.5/17, the Nikkor UD 3.5/20 and the CZJ 4/20, because the Zenitar is the widest, the fisheye effect is easily correctable with a crop cam.
... Lumix FX-37 as a P&S with wide angle capability.
... EOS 350D and 40D because these are my favourite cameras.
... Gossen LunaSix 3, because it is fun to use.

I am still not out of 'my condition' yet. I shot mostly with MF - Pentagon 50 and 135 STF. Very difficult for me to compete (focus) with the rest though I already have a split screen installed. I spent at least 90% of the time focusing (and checking if the photos are focused). Did not have too much time left to worry about the rest.
