Some shots i have taken over the weekend (just had a chance to test my new lenses a Rollei planar 50/1.8 and a distagon 25/2.8 ).Here they are

The first one shows the typical Rollei Planar character: excellend rendering and bokeh smooth but at the same time swirly. Fantastic!
I really like this lens. This is one I would never sell. (Well... never say never, but it's one that will go as one of the last ones.)

Yes Zeiss are my favorite lenses do far (optical and mechanical)
The Rollei has the best price / performance ratio that i ever seen
the lens is very sharp wide open (i kind of like it better than the planar C/Y 50/1.4) Wink the price paid for the Rollei was 25 euros (almost mint)very cheap the only problem is with the adapter for eos (no infinity focus an loos the lens may fall of the camera while focusing if not careful i glued mine to the adapter)

How close to infinity in either meters or feet will the lens focus?
