Was announced at Photokina back in September, will likely be released in February, odd that it wasn't posted here.
It's on my list to get as soon as I see some sample pics on the A7r.
Other CV lenses that were announced:
Ultron 35/1.7 which I might get. http://voigtlaender.com/35-mm-f-1%2c7-ultron.html
And the 40/2.8 Heliar for use on the VM-E. http://voigtlaender.com/40-mm-f-2%2c8-heliar.html _________________ A Manual Focus Junky...

It is on my list as well! Looks like it could be the perfect super wide angle for the A7 series.
The Ultron looks really nice to!
The Loxia 35mm is also a tempting lens, but quite expensive.
I am also going for the Rokinon 12mm f/2.8 fisheye in FE mount. Probably nice to shoot stars with.
I would be first in line for the new Heliar, and I will post pictures in this thread with the A7 II _________________ Lars | Lens collection | Manuellfokus.no |

I think that 12mm fish is an SLR design, with a built in adapter?

I'm waiting for a fish that's designed for mirrorless FF. _________________ A Manual Focus Junky...

I've seen it before, I think it's the micro lens array doing some weird reflection off the cover glass, A7 seems to have it the worst, A7r less so, A7II is less affected still, my NEX-7 never displayed it that I can recall.
Not much you can do but avoid that situation, sadly I love having the sun in frame, thankfully you can see it when framing your shot. _________________ A Manual Focus Junky...

Other than that, the lens is very well built, compact, contrasty and sharp. The corner sharpness is also "approved". _________________ Lars | Lens collection | Manuellfokus.no |

Received my CV15III, focus is a bit tight, while holding it by the hood, I turn the focus ring and near both ends it gets tight and stops short, on the camera it doesn't do that, but isn't as smooth as I'd expect. _________________ A Manual Focus Junky...

Yes, A7II was improved, there are much less issues with the sensor.
My NEX-7 was far cleaner than my A7r is for night shots. _________________ A Manual Focus Junky...

Is this an issue with the A7s? Trying to google for the issue, but my google-foo is failing me today. Sorry for the OT. _________________ Currently shooting with Fuji X-E2s + Metabones Speedbooster + m42 and CY glass 💕
