I am buying this lens, made by Mamiya. I do not find too many examples of their IQ. Someone that I can spend images or opinions about it?

Thank you very much.
Best regards.

I think not. There is also no information about the design, if Mamiya or Zeiss. Rolling Eyes

Interesting.
I, too, am curious about this lens - and hope that someone has light to shed upon it.

There is more information about this lens with Rolleinar brand. And as such it, is cheaper than the Color Skoparex

Best regards.
Sergio.

The Rolleinar is made by mamiya, and it looks quite similar to the mamiya sekor sx line (for example the same 35mm writing on the aperture ring is seen in mamiya sx's).
AFAIK The Voigtlaender Color Skoparex 2.8/35 should be the same as Carl Zeiss Distagon 2.8/35 for Rollei, IIRC - but branding was not extremely logical at the time.

Here the optical formula of Rollei Skoparex (Distagon)
He says they are 5 elements in 5 groups, but are 6 (six)

Both of the optical diagram on taunusreiter.de is wrong! You can find the right diagram here.

Here is a comparison of the old and new Mamiya 2.8/35

The diagram you mention belongs to Rollei - Distagon. It is the first screenshot. But you have reason in the screenshot I put the Rolleinar is different from the one in http://www.olypedia.de/Rolleinar_%281%29_-_Weitwinkelobjektive.

So far I have understood that Rolleinar and Color Skoparex AR are the same lenses produced by Mamiya for Rolley.
But anyone can post pictures to see your IQ?

Tank you & Best regards.
Sergio

Yes, most of the Rolleinars made by Mamiya are optically the same as the SX equivalents. However, there are exceptions like
Rolleinar HFT 1:2,8/28mm which should be optically the same as Mamiya EF 1:2,8/28 mm.
