gleamed from another site I visit...
| Quote: | If you currently are or have been a recent customer of VistaPrint and have purchased products or services from VistaPrint or affiliates, then the following may interest you:
VistaPrint (www.vistaprint.com) is a fairly well-known provider of business card solutions, as well as other printed material services. They have a partnership with MWI Connections of Stamford, CT as well as MemberWorks Incorporated of Omaha, Nebraska. Both companies have been accused of billing individuals without consent, by way of a subscription-based "rewards" program. In short, customers of VistaPrint are billed a monthly rate for participation in said rewards program without their consent. Enrollment happens by way of scrupulously placed executable code embedded within VistaPrint web-page source. Lawsuits have been filed by multiple parties against the above companies.
Reference the account used to purchase goods or services from VistaPrint. Look for transactions from the following source, commonly for an amount of $14.95 per month: P9*VISTAPRINTRWRDS
I was recently a victim of this fraud. However, as my profession involves information security, i was well-prepared and was able to gain a significant amount of evidence for use during legal action.
I wanted to alert Radiant Vista users of what types of business practices VistaPrint is engaged in. If you'd like more info, simply Google "VistaPrint scam". Below is additional info of use to those affected:

"One axiom I discovered proved to be of great value: the client seldom, if ever, knows exactly what he wants from the photographer. However, his pride does not allow him to give you any such ridiculous impression. The desire and need for interpretative work is usually uninformed and the client often looks to the professional for guidance in this respect.
