Are his prices reasonable? Usually many things at that market are over priced.
Did he just recently open it?
What days is he open?

Certainly rarities are not cheapos, casual items are reasonable or cheap.
Shop was open one year before, best to visit Saturday or Sunday.

Like 1 on Saturday open until 4pm on Sunday until 11am only
