Hiked with my wife last week to the Schriesheim https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schriesheim vineyards close to here in late afternoon sun, with a small projection lens mounted to my camera, also to watch the sunset as we had wonderful clear skies.

Very nice! I should give projector lenses a try, you are
getting very good results with them.

Impressive shots! I own some projector lens and love them- especially the 70 mm Isco Gottingen Super Kiptar.
