Maybe the flange distance will allow infinity focusing (and mounting) with RF lenses (M39-LTM and M bayonet).

Certainly looks possible. 
A potentially affordable way to use my CV lenses with digital? We'll see.

It seems that M bayonet lenses could not be mounted. Both Micro4/3 and M have the same diameter: 44mm.
Still, L39/LTM lenses could be used.
And of course any SLR lens (Canon FD and Minolta MD for example, and many others - Fuji-X, Konica, etc....................... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lens_mount#List_of_lens_mounts ).

I imagine you would have to use the camera's focus confirmation or focus using live view. Does anyone have experience using either method with a MF lens?

All the days with the Oly e410 I focus with live view x10 when I need perfect focus.
