Interesting dichotomy for shooting, both in the same day. From rain forest to alpine meadow only entails about an hour of driving.

Rain Forest - Warm Light
Flektogon 20/4

Alpine Fir Boughs - Cool Light
Flektogon 20/4

WOW, I like the cold... maybe it's my monitor, but I'm yearning for a bit more light on the fir. The mountain in the back is to die for. I really like bokeh landscapes.

Wonderful - #1 makes me feel as if I can actually walk up and touch the tree. Cool

Fab pictures yet again Larry, just a thought, a third shot would make a nice vertical triptych. maybe a bottom one of the sea, middle the tree and other one at the top. Might sum up the place you live quite well?

Great!
The only rain forest I've ever seen is a live reproduction that is at the Science Museum in Barcelona...
Nice shots!, thanks for sharing.
