Finally my M42 adapters showed up.
It is the first time ever shooting this way. On my Sony A100 I use the A mode, but I am a little bit confused about exif. On all my pictures exif data says i am shooting f1. Is that normal?
The first one is wide open f3.5 the next one I think was f8 or maybe f11.

It's normal. Your camera is set to recognize Sony's compatible AF lenses. The M42 adapter does not "mean" anything to it, so it just puts a default value.

The tulips are not bad. The lighting is extreme i think, against the sun bright colours, and fully open.
The dalmatian shot is fantastic, I have aweakness for dalmatians, I had one 30 years ago. And another one in 1994.

Also the highlight bokeh is not bad at all. I have seen much worse highlight bokeh, from more expensive lenses than the Soligor! _________________ Orio, Administrator
