Hi all,

I've been reading along here for months, and finally joined officially Smile
Maybe some of you are interested in my little project I've been pursuing over the years: a list of all fastest lenses by focal lengths and coverage: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1WKzZoHmyEaVV18iuB7oP-CcAxf_QLwAYhyL-vjYFIBE/edit#gid=0
And of course if you have lenses to add, I sincerely welcome any comments, here or in the table!

Welcome to mflenses! Happy Dog

That must have taken quite some effort to put together! Shocked

Lots of ancillary notes as well which, as far as I have been able to tell so far, correspond to my own understanding. Like 1 small

Your note as to not modifying lenses; you will probably already realise that not all members here will heed that advice Wink. I would tend to agree with you where it concerns valuable/rare lenses, but standard lenses that were manufactured in the millions and have a market value of e.g. $20 and other current lenses that have no rarity value, I don't see an issue with people modifying a few of those. Where a modification can be done 100% reversible and doesn't involve the optics, I wouldn't be too concerned either.

Btw., do expect some members on this forum to scrutinise your data for any errors; some see that as a challenge/sport! Friends

Nice table and big work.

You may add two more fast FF lenses (actually they present hidden with different names):

Yashica ML 55 1.2 C/Y is included together with Tomioka Yashinon DS-M, but it should be different design (http://forum.mflenses.com/yashica-ml-12-55mm-t25884.html):

Revienon (XR Rikenon) 55 1.2 PK with 58 filter thread: https://www.pentaxforums.com/userreviews/revuenon-55mm-f1-2-mc.html

I think this Revuenon is different to the other early M42 and PK Porst and Cosina versions and may be it deserves a separate row in Yours table.
