Jupiter 3.5/250 konverter and adapter issue

I gave it all i have, made fine big blisters but neither konverter neither adapter does not move. Do you know which way to unscrew each of them, clockwise or counter?

With the front of the lens pointed at your gut turn anti-clockwise

Take a little screwdriver and and unsrew the little screw! Then you should be able to twist the ring next to the lens! Happy Dog
