It's a not very common lens for the 645, and quite sought after. That alone suggests it to be useful. I would immediately buy it, even though I've never been using one! Why?
Several normal to tele lenses from the Sekor C and Sekor A series I own are very well corrected, e. g. the Sekor C 4/80mm Macro (no CAs at all visible on 43 MP FF), the Sekor A 4/120mm Macro (no CAs at all visible on 43 MP FF), the Sekor C 4/210mm (better than most vintage 4/200mm lenses and comparable to the AiS Nikkor 2.8/180mm ED), and the Sekor C 5.6/300mm ULD (as good as the very best vintage 300mm lenses such as the Nikkor 4.5/300mm ED "non-IF", the Canon FL 5.6/300mm Fluorite and the Canon FD 2.8/300mm Fluorite).
I would be surprised if the Sekor C 2.8/110mm was an outlier ...
