I adapted the Canon EF 100mm f/2 to my Sony A7RII through a K&F pro adapter. Everything seems to work, except the Eye AF function. Image quality of this lens is astonishing IMO, but decide for yourself. If MF is not an absolute must, this is a very nice and affordable alternative. (images are clickable for full resolution).

I think all Canon 100mm F2.0 have good reputation being sharp, from LTM to EF mount. Wink

Just like that with similar price as K&F Adapter. Smile

Well, they are providing unique adapters and adapter modifications. As long as there is no competition, they can dictate the price. Wink

I'm using their Monster-Chip to use the Sony LA-EA4 mirrorless with the camera's AF-Features for the screw drive Minolta lenses on my A7R II. Works fine.

Another still life made with this lens:

I used focus stacking in photoshop to create enough DOF.

Wow. That's a great result !
Focus stacking at f2 ?
Did you try closing the diaph at f16 or more to get more dof ?

Thank you. I used f/5.6 as an aperture. Because of a flashlight on the background I had to keep the exposure time fairly short.

Another still life:

I used about 15 images taken at f/5.6 for the focus stack.

Wow again and again !
Amazing. It's a Flemish masters still life painting !
You master wonderfully the focus stacking's technique and it serves your art very well !
